What counts as a household?
A household is one home and the people, pets, documents, and know-how that keep it running. Your house is one household. Your parents' house is another. Each gets its own space in your vault, with its own sharing rules.
Do the people I invite need their own plan?
No. One plan covers the whole family. Invite as many people as you like — each person sees only what you've granted them.
How does the 90-day trial work?
Start on any plan, use everything, and don't enter a card. Near the end of the trial we'll ask you to pick a plan. If you walk away, your data stays exportable — it's yours.
Who qualifies for the service discount?
Active-duty military, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, paramedics and EMTs. It's honor-based — check the box to confirm you're eligible and the price is yours for as long as you keep the plan. It can't be combined with other offers.
